Mobile access to social networks is growing strongly: 2.56 billion users worldwide. There are 28 million Spaniards who access Facebook from a tablet or a smartphone at least once a day. Facebook itself focuses on Artificial Intelligence and ChatBot to develop attractive brand experiences based on conversations. Customer engagement becomes innovative, interactive and predictive.
